When everybody keeps their mouths shut, the pressure will rise. But when it gets dark, the evidence will become visible.

After all, it was just a joke; eating leaves, punching, stubbing out cigarettes. He did laugh as well. Finally, they forced him to steal vodka, run across the motorway and balance across the abyss on the narrow grate. Now, nobody remembers exactly who came up with the idea of throwing stones at him up there. After all, it was just a joke – until he fell down. To cover up their complicity, the teenagers create a profile for an imaginary culprit. They have watched enough episodes of CSI to know how to get rid of genetic evidence and how to lay false trails. Everything is under control – but suddenly, fiction becomes reality, friendship is no longer a means of blackmailing, and conscience becomes a blaring voice drowning out everything else.

The theatre company t’eig was founded in 2008. Their work is characterised by surprisingly multi-layered stagings that deal with topics on several levels and from different points of view.
