Santa Sangre and the Sword of Damocles

“Santa Sangre” takes you to the wonderful world of circus and street theatre. It tells the tale of a small travelling circus and its performers, who have been down on their luck since their elephant died – and with it their stunning final act. How can the ringmaster, the knife thrower, the magician, the tap dancers and the tightrope artists possibly save themselves and their circus? In "Santa Sangre", young people are invited to have a look behind the scenes of the circus world.
